Purchased in April 2019. High-speed through-air bonding line with integrated autolevelling carding, gamma-ray web thickness control (CV < 2.5%), and convection drum oven. Ideal for 0.8D ultra-fine fiber rolls and high-speed converter runs.
Taiwan Jiesheng Flexible Line
Introduced early 2018. Designed for fast tooling changes, rapid custom perforation, custom embossing, and agile 2–5 metric ton small-batch production. Enables 72-hour physical sample turnarounds.
